Unless there is written permission, the students should be in their assigned area at all times. Students will be given five minutes before class to prepare for class. Students are not allowed in the hallway during class periods without permission. Students may not enter the teacher workroom, library or office without adult supervision.
CHAPEL
Chapel is scheduled every Wednesday morning for all students. Chapel is a time set aside for worship and Bible study. It is a vitally important part of the week, and attendance is required.
BIBLE
Bible study is recognized here as a fundamental importance and is a required subject. It augments the study of English, history, geography, and science. Without knowledge of Biblical truth, a student cannot be considered educated. The Bible gives direction for this life and the only hope for the life to come.
Knowledge of the Bible is one of the greatest educational assets anyone can have in addition to the moral and spiritual values resulting from the study. Character development is the most important work of a school. No other course offered in the school affords greater opportunities for laying the foundation for Christian characteristics.
FIELD TRIPS
Parents must sign a permission slip for each individual field trip during the year. Students who fail to bring the signed permission slip on time will not participate in the field trip.
Students are required to wear their regular uniform on all field trips. All students are to ride the bus to and from the field trips.
PARTIES
Birthday parties at school are permitted, however, parties are allowed only after the class curriculum is completed.
Invitations to parties outside of class may be distributed at school only if all the students in the class are invited.
Parties and school celebrated holidays will be held the last hour of the day at the teachers discretion. There will be no Thanksgiving parties because the students are out the week of Thanksgiving.
